Kraftwerk Scholven Phase III – C.H.P Plant 150 MW

This new gas-fired combined cycle power plant replaces an old, much more polluting coal-fired unit, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions. It has a production capacity of 150 MW of electricity and 140 t/h of steam for district heating. Voltan installed the turbines and commissioned the plant, contributing to emission reductions and security of supply in the North Rhine-Westphalia region.
