One of these recognitions that we are particularly excited about: GARAYSA ranks No. 1 in Galicia in the Talent Management ranking.
This result is especially significant because the ARDÁN model approaches talent management from a comprehensive perspective: human and organizational talent, the ability to attract and develop people, and their impact on efficiency and the work environment.
In addition, we have received two other awards:
ARDÁN 2026 High-Performance Company, an indicator that recognizes high and sustained economic performance over time.
7th place in Galicia on the 2026 Economic Circularity Indicator, placing us among the companies recognized for their progress toward more circular business models
