Voltan, announces the incorporation of Atlas Innovative Engineering, a leading company in inspection, digitization and risk reduction in the energy and forestry markets, more specifically within the Transmission and Distribution services of electric power. Atlas will continue to be led by its management team: Diego Cuasante, Rubén Garañeda and Tomás Cabezudo. This integration positions Voltan within the energy sector and strengthens its capabilities in advanced technological solutions.
This acquisition reinforces Voltan’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Thanks to Atlas, the group will expand its service offering in operations and maintenance, providing tools to minimize financial and extra-financial risks (ESG), improve management efficiency and especially promote safety and health in operations.
