H2 Green Puertollano Plant
The Puertollano (Ciudad Real) plant includes a 20 MW hydrogen production system by electrolysis, equivalent to more than 200,000 t/year. All from 100% renewable sources, as it is powered by a 100 MW photovoltaic solar plant, which is expected to avoid emissions of 48,000 tCO2/year. The green hydrogen produced there will be used in Fertiberia’s ammonia factory in the town.
