Privacy and personal data protection policy

The purpose of said processing is that described in each of the forms established on the website in which you have provided us with your data.
The data provided shall not be passed on to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation, and shall be kept for the time necessary to deal with your request, provided that you do not indicate otherwise by exercising your right of deletion, or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations and to meet any possible liabilities that may arise from compliance with the purpose for which the data were collected.
VOLTAN shall not draw up any kind of “profile” based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of profiles.
Likewise, VOLTAN shall cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data.
Unless you inform us to the contrary, we will assume that your data have not been modified, that you undertake to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use them in order to be able to maintain the relationship between the parties.
The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and the right not to be subject to automated individualised decisions, in relation to the data subject to processing, before the data controller at the aforementioned address, or by e-mail to info@voltangroup.com, attaching a copy of your ID card or equivalent document. VOLTAN adopts reasonably reliable and effective technical measures, controls and procedures of a physical, organisational and technological nature, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and guaranteeing your privacy. However, it assumes no liability for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the user’s computer systems, electronic documents or files.
In addition, all staff with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations in relation to the processing of their personal data.
In the case of the contracts we sign with our suppliers, we include clauses in which they are required to maintain the duty of secrecy regarding the personal data to which they have had access by virtue of the order made, as well as to implement the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the systems and services for the processing of personal data.
All these security measures are regularly reviewed to ensure their adequacy and effectiveness.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and no security system is impenetrable so, in the event that any information under our control and subject to processing is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident, notify the Supervisory Authority and, where appropriate, those users who may have been affected to take appropriate action.
