Voltan participated in the Energy from Waste congress held in London, where key players in the sector, government representatives, and financial entities shared their vision on the main challenges facing the energy recovery from waste. This type of plants plays an important role, preventing waste from being disposed of uncontrollably in landfills, as well as having a prominent potential to generate negative emissions through carbon capture, or to produce sustainable fuels from waste.
During their stay in the British capital, members of the Voltan team made the most of this unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the heart of conversations on energy and sustainability. They attended cutting-edge conferences presented by prominent experts in the field, actively participated in debates on the latest technologies, and explored trends for the future of the industry. This event not only provided a crucial space for the exchange of ideas and experiences but also enabled Voltan to establish key connections with other industry leaders.
At Voltan, we are currently working on two Waste to Energy plants in the United Kingdom, Skelton Grange and Kelvin, where we provide our specialized assembly services. We will continue to collaborate with the sector to advance along the path of decarbonization.
